Your Neighborhood Clinic For Aging Well—Helping You Move Better and Live Stronger.
-
Age at Home Therapy is the only outpatient physical therapy clinic in the area dedicated exclusively to geriatric patients.
Unlike traditional outpatient therapy clinics that see all age ranges, our team specializes in the unique needs of older adults - including balance & fall prevention, orthopedic injuries, post surgical rehabilitation, and age-related changes in strength and flexibility.
We offer a unique model that provides preventative services and traditional therapy. We do not offer in-home physical therapy.
-
Our mission is to help our patients age well by keeping them moving, maintaining and restoring function, and empowering them to live as independently as possible. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy that supports safety, mobility, and confidence— helping every individual thrive in the place they call home.
-
Unlike traditional therapy models, we provide a full continuum of care designed to keep you moving. Whether you’re learning to manage disease-related mobility changes through our educational classes, receiving one-on-one therapy from our skilled clinicians, or maintaining your strength and function in our expert-guided exercise sessions, we’re here to support your movement at every stage of aging well.
-
We’ve created a calm, welcoming environment designed to put you at ease as you receive care. All treatments are evidenced-based, delivered one-on-one, and provided by the same dedicated therapist to ensure consistency and personalized attention.
